Ms. Vittoria Gambirasi

Biography

Vittoria Gambirasi is an award-winning marketing and transformation leader, AI advisor and educator with more than 20 years of experience across FMCG, luxury, consulting and business education. She is Founder and Managing Director of BrandHack.AI, where she helps organizations translate AI possibilities into practical growth, marketing and operating-model solutions.

Her work focuses on the intersection of generative AI, brand strategy, consumer decision-making, digital transformation and organizational change. Before founding BrandHack.AI, Vittoria held senior leadership roles including Chief Marketing Officer at IMD, Director of Digital Transformation at Accenture, and senior global marketing roles at Nestlé. Across these roles, she led international brand-building, digital transformation and marketing capability programs, combining strategic rigor with execution in complex multicultural organizations.

Teaching

At AUS, Vittoria teaches AI in Business, Marketing in the AI Era, Change Management and Intercultural Skills. Her teaching approach is practical, interactive and applied: students learn frameworks, test tools, build use cases, discuss ethical and organizational implications, and connect classroom concepts to real business decisions. Her objective is to help students become confident, critical and creative leaders in an AI-enabled world.

She is passionate about helping people and organizations use AI responsibly and creatively — not only to improve efficiency, but to expand human capability, imagination and business impact.

Industry Experience

Vittoria brings extensive industry experience in marketing, AI-enabled transformation and business leadership. At BrandHack.AI, she advises companies on AI strategy, AI-powered marketing, brand growth, customer experience and operating models.

Previously, as CMO at IMD, she led omnichannel marketing and customer experience transformation. At Accenture, she managed digital transformation programs for consumer goods and life sciences clients across Europe and Latin America. At Nestlé, she led global brand-building, digital campaigns, brand architecture, digital asset governance and marketing transformation initiatives from the company’s global headquarters in Vevey.
