The Leadership & Change specialization prepares professionals to lead complex organizational transformations, manage change initiatives, and build adaptive cultures. Covering change management, executive coaching, organizational psychology, and transformation strategy, graduates are ready to guide organizations through periods of disruption and renewal.

The dual degree allows students enrolled in the program to earn a degree from Switzerland and a degree from the United States while studying entirely in Switzerland.

Dual Swiss and US Degree

The Master of Science in International Business Administration at AUS is offered exclusively as a dual degree in collaboration with Tiffin University in the United States. All enrolled students graduate with two degrees: a Master of Science in International Business Administration from AUS and a Master of Business Administration from Tiffin University. To complete the dual degree pathway, students must successfully complete the required AUS and Tiffin University courses. AUS courses are taught on campus in Switzerland, while Tiffin University courses may be completed on campus or remotely, with the option of student exchanges to either university under certain conditions. Upon successful completion of the dual degree program, students graduate with an MSc in International Business Administration from AUS and an MBA from Tiffin University. Tiffin University is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission in the United States, supporting the international credibility and recognition of the degree pathway.

1 Core Requirements

To qualify for this program, applicants must have successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. No GMAT or entrance exam scores are required. Admission is based on a holistic review of your application and a mandatory online interview.

Language: English C-Level. CEFR B2 level considered following a successful oral interview.
Education: Bachelor’s degree with good academic achievements, or IELTS Overall 6.0 with no single element below 5.0.
Motivation: A personal statement explaining why you are pursuing this degree, your professional goals, and the specific value you will bring to your peer group.
