Students who excel in the practical labs that are part of the hospitality specialization can apply for a paid internship — a required, core part of the program.
The internship gives students hands-on experience in a real hospitality setting, covering everything from guest relations to day-to-day business operations. It appears on the official transcript, and students write a short reflective report on what they learned. Internship plans must be shared with the school at least four weeks in advance.

To qualify for this program, applicants must have successfully completed an MBA or a Master's degree in a business-related discipline.
The following documents are required at the time of application: completed AUS application form, curriculum vitae (CV), motivation letter outlining reasons for pursuing the DBA and research interests, official transcripts and copies of previous diplomas, copy of valid passport or national ID, proof of English proficiency (if prior studies were not completed in English).
